Sales Representative UK


Key Role Responsibility

You will drive sales growth through your existing UK network energy sector contacts, using your excellent client relationship skills to develop new sales to new clients. This role will also include project managment tasks to ensure our delivery teams achieve quality results to create client satisfaction. For this you will work closely with the Marketing & Sales and Product Development teams. You are expected to possess/develop an in-depth knowledge of the market and Jules in order to identify the best opportunities for growth.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the whole sales cycle from generation of leads to closing contracts
  • Design and implement a sales plan that expands our client base
  • Develop and maintain a target sector in our CRM database (energy supply companies)
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
  • Contribute to the organization of sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development


You are a real success hunter, and you will be the first point of contact for our leads. Being a natural salesperson, you’ll provide clear credibility and possess an engaging style. You do this by building relationships and helping them by articulating digital solutions into their organizations. You know the innovation plans and strategies of your leads and are therefore capable of guiding them through complex solution and contracting processes. You are familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the corporate culture and decision-making processes within energy supply organisations serving b2b market segments. You excel in social skills and like to go out and meet up with leads and relations.  A proven network within the energy supply sector is a necessity. You are skilled at lead generation and confident with cold calling, doing sales presentations and product demonstrations in the presence of mixed and multi-level teams. Also, you are proficient in composing proposals and negotiating contracts.

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in business administration, marketing or related field
  • Sales experience – ability to actively search for opportunities
  • Knowledge of the UK energy sector and/or energy trading
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, CRM, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using Salesforce (or other CRM system)
  • Willing to travel to Customers (occasional to HQ in The Netherlands and UK Office in Loughborough)

Customer Succes Manager – Part time Positions    Area: UK / Midlands (Loughborough)

Role Summary

The primary goal of the customer success manager is to nurture strategic and long-lasting relationships with clients. You must strive to possess an in-depth knowledge of Jules and our customers in order to identify the best opportunities for growth and service to the client.

Job description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work across our entire suite of PaaS solutions, across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with all areas of the business to maintain quality and performance of our relationships and products. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, carry out administrative tasks and handle customer queries. You will work both collaboratively and independently to resolve problems and queries quickly and efficiently and manage customer expectations, whilst actively contributing to Jules’ long-term ambitions. You work on building the post-sales relationship with Jules’ customers in a hands-on role with a longer-term perspective. You will be responsible for seeking growth and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer portfolio.

Your responsibilities include

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific Jules’ customers.
  • Composing yearly account plans.
  • Relationship management and customer service.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Translating customer requirements into business strategy.
  • Administration and account management responsibilities for all clients.
  • Provide updates and reports on client activities to the business and reporting to Jules’ COO.
  • Liaising with other departments concerning client requirements.
  • Actively looking at cross-selling opportunities within existing customers.
