Transaction Process Accessed
The first stage in our consultancy process will begin with an organisational assessment where we will work to understand you and your company. This is an integral portion which will advise us on how best we can move forward with you. Here we will provide overview of our products, outline a potential implementation plan and answer any questions you may have. This is also important for us to know your level of preparedness in regards to resources such as your current IT systems and number of team members available. We are more than happy to do this with you on a call but feel free to request a compatibility check below which will be sent via email.
We offer a host of off the shelf products to help Energy Suppliers administer their energy contracts which we will use to form the basis for your specific trading application.
To ensure we build your dream platform, we work with you to identify the specific requirements we may not already have as an off the shelf. Our engineers will be able to build your own bespoke platform from the ground up tailored to your module choices. All you need to do is present us with your idea.
We integrate your new platform into your existing IT infrastructure using your choice of one of our low or high level integration options.
We will provide an implementation plan with all the important milestones to ensure a successful delivery.
Training & Support
We provide training sessions by a Jules team member who will be there to teach you everything you need to know about your new platform as well as provide materials for you to keep.
Once testing has been completed and you are ready to sign off deployment, we will launch your platform.
